2. How to Initiate a Return

- Packaging & Shipping: Securely package the item in its original box and ship it to the address provided. Ensure the RAN is clearly indicated on the package.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Inspection Time: It may take 5-7 business days to inspect the product for eligibility.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Items that show slight wear or are missing parts may be eligible for a partial refund.
Note: Shipping fees, handling charges, and any applicable customs duties are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange:
